The Bible
There is an unchanging truth, an unmovable anchor for the soul, found in God’s Word that is all-sufficient to reveal God’s nature, all -powerful for Christian ministry, and entirely adequate for spiritual formation.
The Community
The church gathers once to twice a week but then scatters into the community. No matter if we’re gathered or scattered, we live on mission in our community. We value community because we value people and we know God values community because He sees people as the crown of His creation.
the Neighbor
Jesus’ commandment to love thy neighbor was not a recommendation, but a mandate. We value our neighbors because they matter and we spend many of our years closest in proximity to them. Your next door neighbor is not by chance, but by intention.
the Family
We value family because the family is the “little community” God has instituted to create an environment of Godliness, support for spouses, and discipleship for children. Whether you are single or married, your family has an opportunity to reflect this environment to the world.
the Body of Believers
We value the body and its many parts. No one has every gift to offer, but everyone has a gift to offer. We believe the church is healthy and beautiful when Christians know what their gifts and talents are and know how to use them within the context of the church and in their everyday lives.
Sunday Gatherings
For fellowship in song, the teaching of the Word, sacraments, and miracle healings through prayer. Sundays are also when our children's ministry called “Little Lights” hosts their programming for birth through 5th grade.
Table Gatherings
Table Gatherings are our design for midweek ministry hosted in homes with an element of food to create space for spiritual formation and discipleship to take place.
Prayer Gatherings
These monthly prayer gatherings are an all-church call to prayer and a forum to train Christians to move out in the things of the Spirit.
